E&I 1040L is full solid-state Class AB wideband RF power amplifier with rated 400W P1dB output power, frequency coverage from 10kHz to 5MHz without band switching. Adopts RF DMOS FET power circuit, built-in forward/reflected dual power meter and RS232 data communication port, forced air cooling design, standard 19-inch 3U rack-mounted cabinet, widely used in laboratory testing, ultrasonic experiment, plasma excitation, induction heating, laser modulation & EMC/EMI test fields.
