GAFCHROMIC EBT3 film is the most widely used self-developing radiochromic film for clinical radiotherapy dosimetry worldwide.
Different from traditional X-ray film, EBT3 requires no chemical developer, fixer or darkroom processing. The film undergoes irreversible color darkening when exposed to ionizing radiation, and the color depth corresponds linearly to radiation absorbed dose. It supports precise two-dimensional dose mapping, applied for routine radiotherapy quality assurance, complex radiotherapy plan verification and radiation scientific experiments.

EBT3 is used for patient dose measurement in IMRT planning verification. Dose range: 0.2 - 10 Gy.
EBT-XD is highly suitable for patient dose measurement in SRS and SBRT. Dose range: 0.4 - 40 Gy.
RTQA2 film is used for routine machine QA, such as radiation field/optical field tests/HDR.
MD-V3 film is used for measuring patient doses in the medium to high dose range. Dose range: 1 Gy - 100 Gy.
HD-V2 film is used for ultra-high dose dose measurement requirements. Dose range: 10 Gy - 1000 Gy.
EBT3 is a transparent film with a thickness of 0.28mm, consisting of a central 0.03mm active layer and two 0.125mm transparent protective layers on both sides.

User Instructions:
The EBT3 must be used with a high-performance flatbed scanner or digitizer. It is recommended to use the EPSON 10000XL flatbed scanner. The film from the red light channel can achieve the most sensitive response within 8 Gy, from the green light channel it can extend to a dose range of 8 to 40 Gy, and from the blue light channel it can obtain the best uniformity.XR-QA2 X-ray machine QA test film
