The PhyMetrix PPBa bench-top dew point analyzer, the PPBa-600 dew point meter, is a field dew point analyzer produced using the most advanced nano-mesh metal oxide film dew point sensor. It can accurately and quickly measure the moisture content of gases within the dew point temperature range of -110℃ to +20℃.

Product feature:
- Original American nano-microporous metal oxide film sensor, dew point range -110℃ to +20℃, measurement accuracy ±2℃, repeatability ≤0.8℃; 95% of the range is responded within 3 minutes, it comes with a temperature compensation algorithm to eliminate environmental temperature drift, meeting precise detection of trace moisture in high-purity gases at ppb/ppm level.
- The entire machine integrates a precise regulating valve + flowmeter, the inlet pressure can reach up to 2000 PSI, the outlet pressure is 50 PSI, no need for an external pressure reducing valve; optional built-in vacuum pump for negative pressure gas sampling, optional pressure module (2-150PSIA/316 stainless steel) for automatic pressure compensation, simultaneously display compensated / un-compensated dual dew point values.
- Desktop / portable dual-purpose model, the entire machine weighs only 1.6kg, aluminum alloy casing with IP65 protection; high-definition backlit LCD, real-time histogram + trend curve for intuitive viewing of moisture fluctuations, keys with operation prompt sounds, fault sound and light alarms, built-in help guide for quick parameter setting.
- Multiple units can be freely switched: dew point ℃/℉, volume ppm, weight ppm, grams/cubic meter, natural gas pound-standard cubic; with clock calendar, programmable cycle data storage, USB direct connection to computer to export reports; optional 4-20mA/HART, RS485 communication for connecting to DCS system, enabling remote data upload.
- Fully liquid-contact 316 stainless steel + PTFE anti-corrosion material, the body has a built-in desiccant compartment, the sensor can be stored and protected when the machine is not in use; factory-provided NIST traceable calibration certificate, supports instrument customization calibration.
