Dosimeter films for IVR (Interventional Radiology). GAFCHROMIC XR-M2 is a reflective film used for physical irradiation and dose confirmation in mammography. With a single Gafchromic XR-M dosimeter film, the position of the light field, the position of the radiation field, and the position of the detector relative to each other can all be determined. Each box contains 50 films. The films are usually packaged in a box containing some metal and plastic filters, which change the sensitivity of the film beneath them, and the image of the film can effectively be used to obtain information about the incident radiation. Therefore, the uniformity of the response should be obtained by calibrating the film sensitivity. These dosimeters are called discriminative dosimeters because they not only provide the dose but also provide information about the quality of the irradiating radiation.
