This product complies with the requirements of GB152082-2018 "Micro-dose X-ray Security Inspection Equipment - Part 2: Transmission-Type Baggage Security Inspection Equipment". The product consists of two parts: Test Box A and Test Box B.
Test sample A is an image resolution test sample, used to test the line resolution, penetration resolution, spatial resolution and penetration power of the equipment; test box B is a material resolution test sample, used to test the organic matter resolution, grayscale resolution, mixture resolution, inorganic matter resolution, material resolution and effective material resolution of the equipment.
Test card;
- The line resolution test card is composed of a group of tin bronze wires. Each copper wire represents one level of precision.
By observing the copper wires, the resolution of the detection equipment can be tested.
Specification: 5105/2546/2019/1270mm;
The penetration test card (thin) consists of a series of thin carbon steel steps. On each step, there are different thicknesses of lead blocks attached.
By observing the lead block, the detection equipment's ability to penetrate the inspected object is tested.
Specification: 015/010/005mm;
- The penetration test card (thickness) consists of a series of thick carbon steel steps. On each step, there are lead blocks of different thicknesses.
By observing the lead block, the detection equipment's ability to penetrate the inspected object is tested.
Specification: 14/16/18/20/22/24/26/28/30mm;
Material resolution (This test is applicable to energy-resolution security inspection equipment): The security inspection equipment is operating normally. The test object B is placed at the optimal position on the detection area conveyor belt. The plane of the test object is perpendicular to the direction of the radiation emission and is as close as possible to the radiation source or the tube, and image processing tools can be used to obtain the best image of the test object (this point is applicable to the testing of all the following performance indicators).
Observe the X-ray image visually.
