KSUA-1 is a professional dedicated calibration and testing device specially developed for ophthalmic A-scan ultrasound diagnostic instruments and eye axial length measuring equipment. Compliant with industry standards and measurement calibration specifications, it is suitable for the performance verification, accuracy calibration and daily quality control of ophthalmic type ultrasound equipment.

The device is composed of high-precision organic glass test pieces and stepped ultrasonic test blocks, simulating the anatomical structure of human eyes. It covers anterior chamber thickness measurement range 2~7mm and standard eye axial length calibration scale, featuring stable acoustic performance, high dimensional accuracy and long service life.
It can accurately calibrate core parameters including corneal thickness, ocular axial length and ultrasonic ranging precision of ophthalmic A-scan equipment. Widely applied in ophthalmology hospitals, medical device manufacturers, metrology institutes and medical testing laboratories. Compact structure, easy operation and convenient storage, it is an essential standard testing tool for ophthalmic ultrasound equipment inspection and periodic calibration.
KSUA-1 Type Ultrasonic Test Specimen Introduction
1. Specifications and Quantity
1) Axial Length Thickness Test Specimen - Made of acrylic material, with a designed size of Ф15, 1mm thick sheet (2 pieces)
2) Axial Length Step-shaped Ultrasonic Test Specimen - 2 pieces
Taking into account the anatomical structure of the eyeball, the thickness measurement range for the anterior chamber is set at 2 to 7mm, for the lens at 2 to 7mm, and for the vitreous body at 8 to 31mm.
The axial length thickness range is approximately within 15 to 35mm.
Two stepped organic glass ultrasonic test pieces are actually provided.
1. The lower stepped block is 20mm thick, with three steps of widths of 0.5mm, 0.5mm, and 1mm, and heights of 7mm, 7mm, and 8mm respectively. The base height is 5mm.
2. The higher stepped block is 20mm thick, with three steps of widths of 0.5mm, 0.5mm, and 1mm, and heights of 2mm, 2mm, and 31mm respectively. The base height is 5mm.
Axial thickness measurement specimen Provides A test certificate of a set of temperature-variable plane longitudinal wave speed data.
