The UA-1 ultrasonic sound-absorbing liner is a specialized acoustic noise reduction accessory developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is made of high-damping composite sound-absorbing material, featuring excellent sound absorption performance. It can efficiently absorb ultrasonic noise and eliminate reflected echoes, effectively reducing acoustic interference in the detection environment.
It is compatible with various ultrasonic testing water tanks, experimental chambers, calibration and testing platforms. The surface texture design adheres to the principle of sound wave absorption. Installation and attachment are convenient. The material is flexible, durable, and has a wide frequency band adaptation range and strong stability. It is widely used in ultrasonic equipment calibration, medical body model testing, industrial acoustic experiments, and scientific ultrasonic detection scenarios, precisely enhancing the accuracy of detection data. It is the preferred consumable for acoustic laboratories and medical detection equipment.
UA-1 Type Broadband High-Efficiency Ultrasonic Absorbing Inner Liner
The broadband efficient ultrasonic sound-absorbing liner was invented by the Institute of Acoustics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and is a national patent product. It is unique to the world to date. This product is cast from rubber-based composite materials and has the shape as shown in the figure below. The typical product is a 150mm×150mm plate, with a thickness (from the bottom to the tip of the edge) of approximately 5mm. When used, one edge of the plate faces the water, and the smooth surface of the back side is for gluing. Its echo reduction in the incident beam of water at the 0.5 - 5 MHz frequency range is up to 20 - 35 dB.

Absorption target for HIFU acoustic power measurement (UA-2)
The acoustic power of HIFU is measured using an absorption target. This product is specially designed and manufactured considering this application. Its appearance is as shown in the following figure. The basic dimensions are 150mm*150mm*8mm. At 1MHz, the echo reduction is greater than 26dB, and the absorption coefficient is greater than 99%.
