KS107BD(LLL) Ultrasound Phantom is suitable for the detection of basic image parameters of ultrasonic diagnostic instruments and for low-frequency B-ultrasound instruments below 4MHz. It is an extension of the KS107BD in depth direction, and the detection depth is increased from 190mm of the BD type to 400mm. The detection items include blind area, detection depth, axial (longitudinal) and lateral (transverse) resolution, longitudinal and transverse geometric errors, and can examine the imaging of typical lesions such as cysts, tumors, and stones.

12 groups of nylon wire targets are embedded in the TM material, and their distribution is shown in the attached figure. These include:
(1) Axial resolution target group. The horizontal distances between the two adjacent target lines in the A1 and A2 groups are 1, 5, 4, 3, 2 mm, respectively; in the A3-A6 groups, they are 5, 4, 3, 2 mm, in the A7 group, they are 6, 5, 4, 3 mm, in the A8 group, they are 7, 6, 5, 4 mm, and in the A9 group, they are 8, 7, 6, 5 mm. The vertical distances between the two adjacent target lines in the longitudinal branch A1-A7 are 4, 3, 2, 1 mm, respectively; the vertical distances between A8-A9 are 5, 4, 3, 2 mm, respectively.
(2) Blind target group. The horizontal distances between the adjacent target lines are 10 mm, and the distances to the acoustic window are 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 mm, respectively.
(3) Longitudinal target group. There are 40 target lines in total, and the center distance between two adjacent lines is 10mm.
(4) Horizontal target group. There are 7 target lines in total, and the center distance between two adjacent lines is 20mm.
Simulated lesions
(1) Tumor-like, located between 70-80mm in depth, cylindrical, 10mm in diameter, with the axis parallel to the target line.
(2) Simulated cysts and stones, the simulated cysts are cylindrical, 10mm in diameter, located between 70-80mm in depth, and the axis is parallel to the target line. The simulated stones are irregular in shape, located in the middle of the cyst, and the maximum size is about 4-6mm.
(3) Simulated cyst structure, cylindrical, 6mm in diameter, with the axis parallel to the target line, located between 47-53mm in depth.
