The TSI 5300 Series thermal mass flow meter is engineered for high-flow gas measurement with ultra-low pressure loss. It can reach a maximum flow rate of 300 Std L/min, effectively reducing flow backpressure and disturbance to the original gas pipeline system.
Compared with other flow sensors with equivalent flow range, this product features lighter weight and more compact overall size. Positioned as a universal medical flow meter, the 5300 series is highly optimized for respiratory medical industry scenarios, perfectly matching ventilator, anesthesia machine, CPAP/BiPAP and other respiratory device testing, development and quality control work.
